A deeply restful practice designed for all levels. Restorative yoga uses supported poses held for extended periods with props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to encourage full-body relaxation. Emphasizing stillness and the meditative union of body and mind, this class concludes with a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls for an immersive, calming experience.

Deep Stretch Yin
This grounding practice blends traditional yin yoga’s long, passive holds with gentle movement and mindful breathwork between poses. Mostly floor-based, it’s ideal for improving flexibility, releasing tension, and cultivating a steady mind.

Gentle Yoga
A slow, accessible practice that moves through a combination of seated, floor-based, and standing poses. With an emphasis on breath awareness and body sensation, this class is perfect for beginners, those with limited mobility, or anyone seeking a softer, more supportive approach to yoga.

Sacred Sunday Yoga
A soulful, meditative experience inspired by yoga philosophy. This class weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, intention setting with poetic readings and occasional meditation. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate meaningful presence.
Slow Flow
Like a deep exhale for the body and mind, this slow, intentional class is designed to feel as good as it is grounding. Movements are spacious, allowing you to savor each pose, linger in sensation, and move with breath-led ease. Warm Slow Flow classes are practiced in a room heated to the 80s.
Warm Mindful Vinyasa
A steady, intentional flow practiced in a gently heated room (80s). This class emphasizes mindful transitions, breath connection, and present-moment awareness while building strength, flexibility, and balance.
Yin-Yasa
A balanced fusion of yin and vinyasa yoga. This class combines slow, deep, passive holds with fluid, dynamic movement, creating harmony between effort and ease. Warm Yin-Yasa classes are practiced in a room heated to the 80s.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic, breath-centered practice where poses flow continuously from one to the next. This energizing class builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while supporting cardiovascular and lymphatic health through its rhythmic structure. Practice without the heated room in this flow class!
Yogalates
A fusion of yoga and mat Pilates, this class integrates the mindful flow of yoga with the core-strengthening principles of Pilates. Expect a balanced workout that enhances strength, stability, and flexibility.
Stretch and Strengthen
A well-rounded, fitness-focused class that blends power yoga with cardiovascular endurance exercises. Moving at a steady pace, this class includes a warm-up and cool-down while building muscle strength, increasing flexibility, and having fun!
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt combines yoga poses with light weights and/or resistance bands to build strength and tone the body. This class combines mindful movement with functional fitness for a balanced, energizing workout (set to fun, workout music!)
Warm Yoga Sculpt classes are practiced in a room heated to the 80s.
Heated Power Vinyasa
A vigorous, flowing practice that links breath with movement in a heated room (90s). This dynamic class builds strength, stamina, and flexibility while generating heat, promoting circulation, and encouraging detoxifying sweat. We recommend knowledge of the poses/an established practice before booking Heated Power Vinyasa.
