200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

*2026 YTT is in progress! We begin again in February 2027!

Whether you'd like to teach yoga classes or just deepen your practice, join us for our immersive 200 hour yoga teacher training! We are a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and exceed all RYS requirements. We do suggest at least 1 full year of practice before joining the training.

February 27- March 1: History and Philosophy

March 27-29: Anatomy and Physiology

April 24-26: Asana

May 15-17: Sequencing

June 12-14: Special Topics/Mini Classes

July 10-12: Sound/Pranayama/Meditation

August 14-16: Special Topics/Refinement

September 11-13: Business/Marketing/Special Topic

September 25-27: Final Exam/Q&A/Graduation

Fridays: 5pm -9pm, Saturdays: 9am-4pm, Sundays: 9am-4pm

If you need to miss a date or weekend, we will work with you! Send us an email to contact@redrockyoga.net and we will discuss makeup options.

Investment: $2,750 for all weekends.

If only interested in attending a weekend for 20 continuing education hours, price is $305/weekend.

Early Bird Special: Sign up by 12/31/2025 and total price is $2,500.

Laura Haynes

Laura has over 18 years of bodywork experience in multiple modalities, as well as a passion for both yoga and entrepreneurship. Before opening Red Rock Yoga in 2021, Laura worked for a chiropractic office where she learned more about helping clients alleviate pain and tension. A self described "anatomy nerd," Laura sees yoga as a crucial practice in maintaining mobility. From Laura, expect to learn anatomy, physiology, and yoga mechanics, as well as business development and ethics.

Jessica Munn

An avid reader and writer, Jessica loves incorporating poetry, prose, themes, and affirmations in her classes. She is most interested in exploring the depths of a yoga practice through the union of body, mind, and spirit. She has additional certifications in yin yoga, yoga massage, restorative yoga, chair yoga, Tarot reading, and Ayurveda. From Jessica, you can expect to learn yoga history and philosophy, crafting themed sequences, meditation techniques, and teaching/practicing with purpose and heart.

E-RYT 200, Registered Nurse

Adele Young

Adele says her "yoga mission" is to bring a sense of body awareness to others. As a cardiac care registered nurse, Adele knows healthcare starts from a preventative, holistic perspective. She is passionate about breathwork (pranayama) and its effect on the mind and body. Her favorite quote is, "If you can breathe, you can do yoga." From Adele, you can expect to learn proper alignment in the asanas, the science behind a yoga practice, the importance of pranayama, and how to mindfully assist students so they get the most from their practice.

Anna (Ruthie) Phillips

Ruthie is interested in cultivating mindfulness, artfully crafting sequences with purpose, and safety/accessibility for all body shapes. She holds additional certifications in yin yoga, restorative yoga, and trauma-informed practices. As a musician and music teacher, Ruthie is dedicated to using sound therapy and music to enhance the practice of yoga. From Ruthie, expect to learn artful sequencing, a deep dive into asanas, mindful assisting, and using sound in an intentional way.
